Instrument Service and Support

In 1992, we started offering independent support for surface texture and roundness measuring instruments. It is due to our success in this field, and the growing number of satisfied customers who come back to us year after year, that we have been able to branch out and develop other specialities. We remain basically a service orientated company; our primary concern is to keep your existing equipment working correctly, not to try and sell you an expensive replacement.

To do this, we have built up a considerable stock of spare parts for older instruments - including some items, which are no longer available from the original manufacturers. At the same time, we have continued to follow the latest developments, and we believe we can offer an excellent service for the latest instruments, at prices, which are surprisingly competitive. We are not a cut-price back street organisation; our first priority has always been to do a first class job and to respond promptly when our customers need us. Nevertheless, without the overheads of a very large company, we are able to offer quality service at a reasonable price.

All our engineers are factory trained, and have many years of experience with this type of equipment.  We know how important it is to have reliable and fast attention when a breakdown occurs, and we always try to respond to urgent problems on the same day or within 24 hours. In emergency, we are willing to attend very urgent breakdowns out of normal working hours, or at weekends.

Our main speciality is roundness and surface measuring equipment, but we also service gear testers, electronic levels, profile projectors, and a variety of similar instruments. We service and repair products from all the leading manufacturers.
